We recommend spending at least 15 nights (and/or days, if you prefer) sleeping on your WR Bedding Bundle. This is because it takes time for your body to season the natural feather infills before they fluff up to their full potential. The 30-night trial is designed just for this.
The more time you spend snuggling in your new bedding set, the more you’ll come to adore the fluff and plush it offers.
Please do keep the canvas bags in case of a return. You will need them to make sure the returned bedding is not damaged during transportation.
You can initiate the return by submitting the form here. Kindly note that the documents are subject to review and approval. That’s it – we’ll handle the rest.
Our friendly customer service team will iron out the logistics of the return with you. Once we confirm reception, the refund typically takes 7-14 business days to be processed via your preferred payment method.
Your should expect to see the amount credited to your account in about 5-7 business days after we have received the returned bedding.
As long as the bedding set is returned within 30 days and not extensively damaged upon reception, we’ll happily (but tearfully) take it back.
However, we highly recommend you monitor your experience for at least 15 days before making the decision.

All our returned products are either recycled or donate to those in need through our charity partners rest assured that returned beddings are never resold, and we use only new materials for all of our bedding set.
We are the first Malaysian brand to put together 5-star hotel bedding sets sourced directly from a 40-year supplier of high-end hotels across SEA. Well aware of the fact that we spend ⅓ of our lives in bed, our founder went all out to unlock the secrets of the perfect night’s sleep. Just like in a 5-star suite, our pillows and duvets are made of the highest quality down and feather infill, which are ‘royalty’ among bedding materials with an equally royal price point.
To provide you with the best, we forewent the ridiculous markup, eliminated the middlemen and streamlined the distribution process, thereby enabling maximum savings and faster shipping for you.
Except for the size, they’re essentially the same. At WR, we carefully design every element to strike the perfect balance between comfort and aesthetic.
King-Sized Pillows
- Longer in width to prevent you from slipping off the pillow when you sleep
- Helps to create visual balance on a King / Super King bed
- 48cm x 89cm (19″ x 35″)
Standard-Sized Pillows
- Designed to fit nicely on Queen and Single beds
- Ideal for cuddling or cushioning your legs to achieve better sleeping postures
- 51cm x 66cm (20″ x 26″)
Down products are incredibly delicate and premium, they require gentle care.
- Once you unbox your pillows and duvets, simply fluff them up by giving them a few good shakes end-to-end and side-to-side
- Give them a sunbath on a dry, sunny day for 24 hours. For the best result, tumble dry on low heat in a dryer.
Yes! Washing WR down and feather bedding products are easy. Unlike washing synthetic pillows/ duvets that often come out lumpy, washing feather and down products revive them to be as fluffy as when they were new. Now you can clean your down and feather pillows as well as duvets over and over with no worry. We recommend washing your pillows and duvets once every six months.
- Wash 2 pillows at a time with cold or warm water
- Use the fastest spin speed
- Use gentle soap without additives and kindly avoid using a fabric softener which will reduce its fluff
- Dry them in a dryer on warm/ low heat until it’s completely dry. Be patient, as it can take multiple cycles depending on your machine settings. Clumping/ Odor might be signs that your pillows and duvets are yet to dry.
- Hand fluff your pillows and duvets in between each cycle. This is to ensure the core of the pillows and duvets are dry even though they feel dry to the touch.
- Fluff your pillows daily. Giving them a few good shakes end-to-end and side-to-side every day helps them stay in good shape.
- Keep them dry. Down products favour low humidity. If you live in a very humid region, air-conditioners or dehumidifiers will be your second best friends (first being us).
- Sun them or tumble dry on low heat in a dryer if they seem to be losing firmness and resilience.
With proper care, they could easily last five to six years. Down products hold up better than synthetic stuffings, which generally wear out in three to four years. In the long run, it actually has the most bang for your bucks.

Always wash your sheets in the washing machine by themselves. Use a mild liquid detergent to prevent washing powder getting caught in the fibers which leads to reduced softness and lifespan of fabric.
The ideal way to dry your linens is by hand-drying. However, if you’re using a dryer, remove them from the machine when they are about 95% dry. Place the sheets on bed or hang them somewhere to air dry. This helps prevent wrinkles.
Thread counts for our linen sheets are 300. However, thread count is often used as a marketing gimmick and no longer the best way to measure the quality of your bedding. To learn more, read here
